Our Name
The company name, Frednel, represents the combination of the founders, Shelley Fredman and Guy Arnel. The business entity, like their partnership, epitomises a unique synergy built on a solid foundation of trust, commitment and understanding.

Guy Arnel and Shelley Fredman are proud of the global network of skilled professionals they have established and maintained over the years. Frednel is able to call upon these people to create the necessary team of experts to support your project. The seamless communication and delivery of project milestones are the key to our success across projects of varying sizes. The integrity and professionalism of the leadership team allows us to say we might not have all the answers but we know how to go about finding them.
Guy Arnel Director
Guy has an impressive portfolio with over 20 years experience with a global telecommunications organisation. Guy's reputation in leadership coupled with his creative approach to business is what has defined his career. His critical thinking, fiscal understanding and team attitude are proven in the areas of Project Management and Contract and Commercial Management.
He has been at the leading edge of mobile technology since the early days of 3G in Australia. With an invitation to join the global telecoms organisation in Ireland, his international career was launched. Several overseas assignments followed, as did promotions and awards in recognition of outstanding work both as an individual and as a team member.
From Project Manager to Program Director to Commercial Contract Director, each role has enabled him to develop a broad business understanding required to manage fully integrated projects.

Shelley Fredman
General Manager
Shelley's corporate career spans over 25 years in Australia with a focus in print media, particularly advertising sales. Shelley began her professional life as a junior sales executive and achieved the position of national sales manager on leading Australian publications.
Whether working with Federal Government on a special report, including education kits and business breakfasts, or playing an integral role in the introduction of colour to newspapers in Australia, Shelley's creative thinking and attention to detail gave life to a range of projects.
The business acumen and technical skills acquired over the years has underpinned her volunteer work, resulting in board positions at two International Women's Clubs (a global initiative) and various board positions for international schools.
